"Feels like customization wasn’t really the priority"
I was expecting to have more control over the look and layout, but it ended up feeling boxed in. Even small tweaks took way longer than they probably should have, and a few things just couldn’t be changed at all. It does work, but it kind of feels like they don’t really want you customizing too much. If you’re hoping to really make it your own, it gets frustrating quickly.

"Issue just never, never got sorted"
I had a problem and thought I’d get some help with it, but it just kept going on and on. The replies were slow, and when I did get an answer, it was usually kind of vague instead of actually fixing anything. By the end, the issue was still there, so it felt like I wasted my time. Not a great experience for me.

I was trying to figure out what I’d actually end up paying, but the pricing just wasn’t clear to me. I’ve dealt with sites like this before, where you have to click around or contact someone just to get the basic numbers, and it always frustrates me.

Maybe it works fine for other people, but I’m not a fan of feeling like the cost is being hidden. I ended up leaving without buying because I didn’t want to keep guessing.

"Support slowed down after we went live"
I remember the site being decent when it launched, and I think the process before that was mostly okay. But after launch, getting replies became a lot harder. A few small fixes ended up taking days, and I had to keep following up more than I expected. I don’t remember every single issue now, but I do remember feeling frustrated by the support afterward

I was surprised by how old the site looks?! The design feels cheap, and the layout comes across as a bit messy instead of clean or modern.

"Too many little things got missed"
I really wanted to have a good experience with Built By Swift, but the attention to detail just didn’t feel like it was there.
There were a bunch of small issues that kept coming up, like spacing being off, things not quite matching what I’d asked for, and a few fixes needing to be mentioned more than once. I could be reading too much into it, but from the tone of the replies, it kind of felt like my project was being rushed through.

Maybe it was just my job and not the norm, but I ended up double-checking almost everything myself, which isn’t really what you hope for when you’re paying someone to handle it. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience for me

The whole experience felt unprofessional. What bothered me most was that there was basically no human contact at all, so it felt like I was just dealing with a system instead of actual people. I wouldn’t use them again.

I tried using it on my phone, but the layout felt really messy. I kept having to tap around and scroll more than expected, and it just wasn’t easy to navigate. After a few minutes, I got frustrated and gave up.

"Deadline felt like an afterthought"
My project went past the date we agreed on, and I barely got updates unless I asked first. I kept having to chase people for answers, that got frustrating quickly. Maybe other customers have had a smoother experience, but the timing was a mess for me. If this is how deadlines are handled going forward, I’d seriously consider taking my business elsewhere.

"Nice idea, but support really let me down"
I do like the product overall and was hoping for a smooth experience, but when I needed help, support was frustrating. I waited several days for a response, and when they finally got back to me, it didn’t really answer my question or help fix the issue. I still think there’s potential here, but the support experience definitely needs improvement.

"SEO didn’t really go anywhere"
I tried them out for SEO and, I don’t know, I kept waiting to see some kind of real movement but the rankings barely changed after months. It felt like I was paying and then, well, not much was actually happening. Just didn’t feel worth the money in the end.

"Pretty disappointed with the whole experience"
I wasn’t really happy with my experience with builtbyswift.com. The communication felt slow, and I kept having to check back just to understand what was happening next. Even small things, like getting a clear update or knowing where the project stood, felt harder than they should have. For the price, I expected things to be a lot smoother. I wouldn’t use them again.

"Decent service, but replies were a bit inconsistent"
I can only speak from my own experience, but Swift Industries was okay overall. The work itself was decent, though communication felt a little up and down. Sometimes they replied quickly, and other times I had to wait longer than I expected and follow up. I’m not sure if that’s how it usually goes or just how things played out with my project, but it didn’t feel completely smooth. Not a bad experience, just wish the replies had been more consistent.

"Revisions were such a hassle"
The revisions were kind of a pain. I felt like I had to keep chasing down every little change myself, which got frustrating after a while
